Hot stone cooking

In Mont-Tremblant, just 15 minutes from the ski slopes, chef-owner Fabien Gilissen, chef owner, offers a rare hot stone culinary experience in an ancestral, serene and warm ambiance.
This unique concept in the Laurentians consists of a volcanic stone heated to a high temperature offering a natural surface ideal for cooking without added fat.

Fantastic discovery

Excellent restaurant !!! Pierrade on lava stone heated to 650 degrees. A large choice of beef, chicken, duck, deer, bison, elk, camel, kangaroo, shrimps … to sear and cook yourself on the stone, served with seasonal vegetables, baby potatoes and multitudes of sauces. There is also a very varied à la carte menu at very affordable prices. Warm atmosphere, nothing upscale, we felt comfortable from the start, friendly waitress and I even got a handshake and a little chat with the chef !!! Very reasonable price with products of incomparable freshness !!! Experience to relive for sure !!!

The Pierrades!

The C’est la Vie restaurant allowed us to discover meats that we do not always find on the restaurant menu: bison, elk and deer. Excellent in hot stone. It changes traditional meats.

Very good restaurant!

My husband and I ate at this restaurant for our anniversary. The atmosphere is warm, it is a small rustic house transformed, with dim lighting and very attentive staff.
We ordered a hot stone meal and a dessert afterwards. Everything was excellent! The prices are reasonable for this type of food and place.
We suggest it and will definitely come back.

Excellent birthday dinner

Hot stones are different and very good. The flank steak is the best meal. Its yogurt mousse dessert is more than excellent and light. I recommend and will go back!

Do not miss it !!!

Fantastic experience with the hot stones. It is possible to compose them to our taste and share for the pleasure of discovering meats, such as camel, wild boar, kangaroo. Nice cut of quality meat. Excellent service. Nice discovery of the hot stones.
